What's the difference between Double Trouble and Twice as Nice? 

While both brushes feature the same cleanup / blender brush, the liner brush ends are different lengths--here's why. Double Trouble (12mm liner)  is Maddox's favorite for general use and 2D characters, whereas Twice as Nice (6 mm liner) is intended *specifically* for 3D characters and portrait painting. The shorter bristles allow you to apply more pressure to the brush and efficiently feather out areas of gel that would otherwise be very challenging to blend with a traditional liner brush.
