How to use MENTALISM
1.) Apply black gel polish and cure for 60 seconds.
2.) Apply one coat of Mentalism over the black gel polish and allow to air dry for 2 minutes, or until polish becomes clear and matte. You can use a fan or blow dryer to speed up the drying process.
2.5) OPTIONAL* For a more dramatic effect, apply a gel base coat of your choice over the fully dried layer of Mentalism and cure for 60 seconds. You can then repeat step 2. This is the process for doubling up coats if you so desire.
*All the promotional videos for this shade feature a 1 coat application, adding a second coat makes the colors appear slightly lighter, and the pigments more reactive*
3.) Apply Ballpit glossy topcoat and cure for 60 seconds. Use hot and cold temperatures to reveal the effect. How to use DESCENSUM:
1.) Apply one thin layer of gel color of your choosing (light colors work best to show the effect), and flash cure the gel for only 5 seconds.
2.) Promptly apply the crackle coat over the gel in single thin strokes, once a stroke has been applied do not paint back over it.
3.) Allow to dry and form cracks, approximately 1-2 minutes.
4.) Place nail back in the lamp and cure for 60 seconds, this step is to ensure the gel polish base is fully cured. This step does not affect the crackle coat.
5.) Apply Ballpit glossy top coat and cure!
